AI classes for kids and teens

Your child learns how artificial intelligence works by building it: coding foundations first, then Python, data and machine-learning projects, taught live by the same tutor every lesson.

  • Live 1-on-1 or small-group classes, never pre-recorded
  • A path from first code to real machine-learning projects
  • STEM.org accredited certificates

Outcomes

What your child learns about AI

  • How machines learn from data, and why the data matters
  • Analysing and visualizing data with Python and pandas
  • Machine-learning algorithms and building AI models
  • AI and automation projects of their own
  • Using AI tools responsibly: checking answers and keeping data private

Codinzy's AI classes for kids are live online lessons, not videos. A tutor teaches your child 1-on-1 or in a small group of 2–4 students, so the pace always fits, and the same tutor stays with your child from lesson to lesson.

Children who are new to coding start with Scratch or Python basics; students aged 10 and up who can already code move on to the Data Science & AI course, which covers data analysis, machine learning and AI model development. Every course is project-based and ends with a STEM.org accredited certificate.

Parent Questions

Frequently asked questions

What age can my child start learning AI?

Children from about 7 can start with the coding foundations AI is built on, in Scratch or Python. The Data Science & AI course, with machine learning and AI models, is for ages 10 and up (grades 6–12).

Does my child need to know how to code first?

For the Data Science & AI course, yes: it uses Python. Beginners start with Scratch or Python, and the tutor checks your child's level in the free class and recommends where to begin.

Is coding still worth learning now that AI can write code?

Yes. Coding builds the problem-solving that lets children judge, fix and safely use code an AI writes, and it is how they go on to build AI themselves rather than only use it.

How do the live classes work?

Every class is taught live by a real tutor, never pre-recorded. Choose private 1-on-1 classes (45 minutes, 2–3 a week) or a small group of 2–4 students (60 minutes, 2 a week), scheduled in your timezone. Your child keeps the same tutor every lesson.

How much do the classes cost?

Plus is $6 a class, Premier $12 and Prime $15, in US dollars, and you pay only for the classes your child takes. Every plan starts with a free trial class, with no payment details needed.
