How do I book a free trial class?
Press "Book my free class" on any page and pick a time that suits you. The trial is a real live lesson with a tutor, 100% free, and you don't enter payment details.
How do I reschedule a class?
A booked trial can be rescheduled or cancelled from the trial dashboard you receive after booking. For paid classes, rescheduling depends on your plan (Prime: unlimited; Premier: by agreement with the group; Plus: none), and our team arranges it: message us with the class details.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email support@codinzy.com, or call or WhatsApp +1 531 216 8595, with the parent's name and the phone number used at enrollment. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
I can't sign in. What should I do?
On the login page choose "Sign In with One-Time Code (OTP)": a 6-digit code goes to your account's email, or to WhatsApp when there is no email. Once you're in, you can set a new password from the dashboard. Never share the code with anyone, including our team.
