Our mission: children who build with technology, not just use it

Coding teaches children to break a problem into steps, test an idea and fix what doesn't work. We think every child should get to learn it the way it works best: live, with a tutor who knows them, building things they care about.

That is why every Codinzy class is live, why your child keeps the same tutor, and why every course is built around projects: games, animations, apps and websites they make themselves and keep in a portfolio.

Coding is still worth learning in the age of AI. It builds the problem-solving children need to judge, fix and safely use code an AI writes, and our Data Science & AI course teaches how AI itself works.

How we teach: live classes with the same tutor

Six things every Codinzy class has in common, whichever course and plan your child takes.

  • Same tutor every lesson

Your child keeps the same tutor from one lesson to the next.

  • Live, never pre-recorded

Every class is taught live by a real tutor.

  • 1-on-1 or a small group

Private classes are 45 minutes, 2–3 times a week. Small groups of 2–4 meet for 60 minutes, twice a week.

  • In your timezone

Classes are scheduled in your child's own timezone.

  • Projects and a portfolio

Students build games, apps and websites and finish with a portfolio.

  • Progress you can see

Parents get AI-generated PDF progress reports and a dashboard. Students can rewatch class recordings.

What children learn: from first code to AI

Most children start with Scratch and move on to Python. From there they build websites, apps, games or AI. After the free class the tutor places your child on the path, so nobody repeats what they already know.

  1. Grades 2–8

    Start with blocks

Scratch teaches loops, conditions and variables with drag-and-drop blocks, through games, animations and stories.

  2. Grades 3–12

    Move to real code

Python reads close to plain English and grows with your child, from first programs to data and automation.

  3. Grades 1–12

    Build what they love

Websites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, mobile apps with React Native and Flutter, or 2D and 3D games with Unity.

  4. Grades 6–12

    Build with AI

Data analysis and visualisation, then machine learning and AI models of their own, in Python.
